Semilleros Latam serves Venezuelan immigrant mothers between the ages of 18 and 50 living in the province of Buenos Aires.

They are trained as “mompreneurs” (mother entrepreneurs) with cross-cutting themes in gender, human rights and technology, to enhance their economic, social and personal empowerment, offering them a new perspective on their social role as migrants.

The Semillero has more than 150 women graduates who have raised have sensitized their environment and have been harmoniously inserted in their host countries. After the pandemic, the organization underwent a digital transformation that allowed it to train women from different Latin American countries.
