How was the acceleration of migrant entrepreneurs 2022?

During 2022, the Acceleration Program for Migrant Entrepreneurs from Argentina and Chile was carried out, with the objective of accompany migrants who are taking their first steps in entrepreneurship.

The program consisted of provide tools to strengthen their businesses, provide them with valuable management content and prepare them to develop an action plan with concrete tools to implement improvements in their projects. with concrete tools to implement improvements in their projects.

With theoretical and practical classes and participatory activities, the participants – chosen after a thorough selection process – were able to develop tools for managing and improving entrepreneurship.The first 22% of the participants had drafted an action plan prior to the training.

In parallel to this, participation in the business round allowed participants to connect with an ecosystem of migrant issues, such as social innovators, shareholders and others. The organizations Inicia and Emprediem, in support of entrepreneurs from Argentina and Chile, respectively, participated in this process.

Participants underwent an evaluation process with an evaluation process with an advisory board, and they received specific advice from experts in four areas experts in four areas: marketing and communication; accounting, legal and tax; strategy and finance.


Methodology

Once the program was completed, the measurement of results and impacts began. This consisted of to estimate indicators to reveal whether the program succeeded in training and accompanying entrepreneurs. Positive acceleration closure

In addition to the training, the Acceleration Program for Migrant Entrepreneurs of Argentina and Chile 2022 was a space for exchange and interaction, where everyone could share their knowledge and enrich themselves with the knowledge of their peers. It was also a space for personal and collective empowerment and development.

The commitment was reflected in the high level of participation during the three months of the program, as well as in the presentation of the action plans. 

The participants reviewed various aspects of the management of their venture, defined and found solutions to the reasons that complicate their growth, expanded their network of contacts andThey expanded their network of contacts and shared experiences with colleagues who are on the same path.
