Acceder al Primer Derecho helps any migrant person or family in need of assistance to regularize their legal status and ensure effective access to the rights recognized in the national legislation of the Argentine Republic.

In this way, migrants can enter formal employment, receive pension contributions, start or complete their studies in any educational institution, access government assistance programs, among other procedures and formalities. This organization has assisted more than five thousand people.
