Hello America Program

Inspired by Hello Europe arrives to our region Hello America, a program whose objective is to to strengthen social innovation with a focus on mixed migration to provide more and better solutions to the challenges faced by these communities.

Ashokaan organization that has been promoting entrepreneurial culture and social innovation for more than thirty years, together with 2811 and with the support of IDB Lab (Inter-American Development Bank), UNHCR (United Nations) and the IOM (UN Migration), join this initiative to provide a local view of what is happening in the world with migrants and people on the move.

Hola América seeks to address the issue of migration from the perspective of social innovation, understanding migrants and refugees as agents of change and transformers of their own reality.

The program will be developed in different stages: the first one will be for mapping and analyzing different stakeholders and projects existing high-impactThe second stage will be the selection of proposals and the 30 selected proposals will be announced and presented at our Innovation Summit to be held in October.
